We have selected premium ingredients for our mouth-watering tasty dishes such as pickled crab eggs, large cockles, raw prawn and mantis shrimp and horseshoe crab as well as fresh egg yolks from ducks raised from our partner farms in Songkhla province and fermented under our special recipe.
